overgrown and lorn —

but it hasn’t changed.

Ha ha! I’m just crazy enough to come back again!

Good news, everybody! I re-upped my WordPress kerjigger and kicked it in the hoo-hah. Told it to put on something pretty and now it’s looking a little bit cleaner, but all the stuff is in there somewhere . . . I just have to flip all the mattresses from time to time to find something. I don’t have much to say because I have to go to bed soon so I can go to work tonight, but I’ll be back.

Honestly, every time I get burned out it’s because while floundering for something to talk about, I inevitably turn to the crutch of writing prompts and then the whole enterprise becomes something of a chore for me, another box to tick off while I have other things raging for my attention. This year, I’m going to try to change that.

Starting right now.

See, I’ve got other things to do, so I’m going to leave it here, but I will be back. Consider that a promise and a threat.
