If I Were a Sandwich

If I were a sandwich

Yabba dibba dibba yabba diddy diddy dum . . .

All day long I’d be a peanut butter and grape jelly sandwich because I’m always so tired; with bananas and chopped raw sunflower seeds that represent my enormous effort to be somewhat unique and creative yet wholesome, and a glass of sugar-free lemonade to wash me down with – save the Calories, pal.

Speaking of sugar-free lemonade, I got that figured out the other day. Wanna hear how it goes? In a two-quart pitcher mix 6 cups of cold water, 1 cup plus two tablespoons of lemon juice (we just use Realemon brand but you could squeeze it too) and 1 teaspoon of stevia extract powder. We use Now brand Better Stevia for that. You can get that at your local health food store or maybe in the health section of a normal store but make sure it’s an extract powder or the amount on the recipe is probably much less than you would need. It’s a little pricey but a little bottle of it goes a long way.

  1. Thats was hilarious.

Lol! By the way try liquid stevia…from wholefoods or Trader joe…or agave nectar….much easier:)

Id have go as a non-sandwich: ALMOND/CASHEW BUTTER W/ BANANAS ( SMASHEM UP!) SOME DROPS OF LIQUID STEVIA/ AGAVE. SPRINKLED HEMP. SEEDS AND SOME CAROB POWDER.

    IT FREAKING ROCKS:)

    • Agave nectar had Calories, I thought. But the best thing I ever made was a wheat bagel thin (like Thomas’ thin bagels) with organic yogurt cream cheese on one half, then raw honey, then Craisins. On the other half it was Jif Naturals peanut butter, chopped raw sunflower seeds, and some ground flax. Put the two halves together and it’s like the ultimate delishwich.

      • Very seriously, my lack or editing or even giving my written words a once over is bothering me for the first time in my life. Almost felt anger when I saw “had” ,knowing “has” belonged next top nectar.
Something must be done about this.
I used to appreciate those who refused to edit….know It’s making me dislike myself.

        wow.
        Issues
you can charge me for that bs if if you like:)

        • Lol hey are you harping on my grammar when I meant perfectly well to use the past tense?

Oh so it does have Calories though? I’ve tried it, it’s not too bad.

          • (IT HAS) lower calories compared side by side (TO…not top) sugar,(raw) honey,—lower glycemic index:)

I’m not here to judge least im judged for me grammmer and punktuation.
