Sometimes I wonder —
how can tomorrow ever
come after today?

      • well actually – it’s rare that people with cameras in hand actually think to take a shot from anything other than standing or slightly crouched – so POV – down at ground level is/ was cool. 🙂

        • That’s true. My realtor was telling me yesterday too about how when you shoot a room from below the waist and leave the ceiling out of the photo it makes a room look bigger. I thought, that’s a little POV hack to remember.

          • yup – point of view affects all kinds of things – lol – mostly our perceptions, and we tend to forget that it can easily be manipulated in order to effectively *trick* us – and we don’t even know!

Maybe when we went from crawling to upright all those years ago – the “perspective gene” atrophied and was lost over time? 😉

            • Oh I don’t know about that! I think we just forget about getting down there sometimes and then it has all these negative connotations of lowness and beggary. Then of course there’s the question of getting back up! 😉

              • I know what you’re saying – get it – but I think I was trying to say that we can so easily be fooled or manipulated simply by the well – simplest of things. Like your realtor said – eliminate this perspective – and viola – it *appears* differently. And for such a visually all flashy crazy society that we are – it’s completely *normal* for things to be modified.

But yeah, the creaking and hey, I’m stuck down here my bloody knees are locked business sucks! Lol
