Surfing wild, headlong
on life’s wave to unknown ends —
seeking bits of zen.

  1. Reblogged this on Parents Are People Too and commented:
You have goals for your children, for yourself, and for your family. Good for you. But not enough. Goals are about what you want, where you want to go. So a more important question is do you have a personal mission and a family missions. Missions are about how you want to be as a person. Having a thought about and defined mission gives focus to your life.

    1. lol I wish, that’s a guy at Mavericks, a place where only the professional, the gifted, and the insane surf. But maybe I’ll have a future incarnation who is indeed born to surf. 🙂

      1. Hehe, I remember visiting the North Shore off Oahu when I was visiting with family. It was a cloudy, windy day, but there were surfers still out on the waves, wiping out about every 5 seconds.
