I was just going to mention that before I read this bit!

I like it. It displays the featured image at the top of the post, yes? I noticed your post layout changed in that regard a little bit. It really enhances the look of photographs and images; on the downside, if there is a lot of white space, it doesn’t look quite as engaging. So, I do recommend that you put in more photographs– either from yourself, or by way of Zemanta, because this theme really does have a strength there in that regard.

    1. That’s actually my weakness because I have a standard set of images I’ve been using with the old theme for specific posts, but moving forward I have to keep telling myself to use something that actually fills the space rather than the little images I’ve been using, and then I wonder whether I should use the featured image for the image and leave it out of the body – especially where the haiku are concerned.

      1. Yeah, that makes sense. With most themes, the featured image doesn’t actually appear in the main post at all, but will appear in summary/archive sections, or will show for the feed readers. As your theme handles it differently, sure, that’d be a consideration.
