This is so true. When I’m feeling serene, it’s like the entire idea of trouble just blows past me as if it doesn’t even know I exist. That’s how I wish it could always be.
I think it’s easier when we’re able to do it deliberately in the times when we need it most, but I also think those are the times when we’re most likely to get caught up in the trouble instead of letting it flow through and around us without touching. The challenge, then, is to practice to make it automatic, which would be a great way for me to better myself. For sure I’m getting pretty good at that with my job!
