Rob lives near the geographical center of the North American continent with his wife, daughters, and one very needy cat. Most days he's a member of the law enforcement community, and tries to keep himself sane by making himself both stronger and more creative. His big plan is to find a way back to the coast and to stay there for good so he can surf the livelong day.
Haiku: Quarantine
Quarantine Hiding behind walls does much to keep us alive — in body, not soul. It’s been too cold this winter – I did not anticipate subzero temperatures on a daily basis. I’m going stir crazy, and I wish I could just go running.

Meditation Sit. Breathe. Be quiet. Don’t meditate or focus, just let it all fade.

A Quick Triple-Threat! Typically pushing luck — time to get ready for work, but I must haiku. Silence is golden, except when people think that you’re being a jerk. I prefer smiling, especially when life gets so I don’t want to.
